Content and descriptions: abstract and citing interdisciplinary database created by Elsevier.
Scopus covers over 19.500 titles, including over 18.500 peer-reviewed journals (over 1.800 of which are available in Open Access), over 400 trade publications, 300 book series, 250 conference reports.

Database is available to all institutions of higher education and scientific institutions in Poland on the basis of the decision to finance the national academic license by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education.

Thematic scope: interdisciplinary (excluding the humanities).

Chronological range: from 1960 (scientific literature), from 1996 (bibliographies and information on citations).

Access to database is possible from every workstation in UoW network as well as via proxy server.
