INTRODUCTION TO THE DECLARATION
Wroclaw University Library commits itself to ensure availability of its website in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 4th, 2019 on digital accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public entities. The Declaration of availability applies to the website of the Wroclaw University Library.

Handling of requests and complaints related to availability
We will respond to your application as soon as possible, no later than within 7 days of its receipt.
If this deadline is too short for us, we will notify you about it. In this information, we will provide a new date by which we will correct the errors you have reported or prepare information in an alternative way. This new period will not be longer than 2 months.
If we are unable to make the digital website or content from your application available, we will offer you access to them in an alternative manner.
If our actions are not satisfactory for you, you can submit a complaint to the appropriate Office. If you still have complaints on our digital accessibility activities, you can report them to the Commissioner for Human Rights.
