Content: integrated information system about scientific institutions, institutions of higher education and Polish science, that supports the work of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education as well as the work of Central Statistical Office and the Polish Academy of Sciences.

POL-on collects data on all Polish scientific institutions to which public access is guarantee by the laws and regulations of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education (records of institutions of higher education, information about courses and profiles of education, aggregate figures for students, academics employees and many others). Service provides also access database of scientific publications and indicators of evaluation of institutions of higher education.
